A Bollywood actress recently accused Nana Patekar of sexual harassment on the set of a 2009 film. She also accused choreographer Ganesh Acharya, producer Samee Siddiqui and director Rakesh Sarang of dismissing her complaint against Nana during the shoot. After Tanushree’s lawyer submitted a 40-page document to the Oshiwara police station in Mumbai as well as State Women’s support commission, an FIR has been filed against the three. The trio will be now summoned by the police.

“The statement of Tanushree Dutta has been recorded in English so that she can understand the language. They were writing the statement in Marathi. However, we requested them to write it in English so that what happened 10 years ago would not happen again,” Nitin Satpute, lawyer of the actress was quoted saying.
