Alia Bhatt- Vicky Kaushal starrer Raazi is travelling miles through the fans' hearts. Based on the true incidents, this Meghna Gulzar directorial has gained critical as well as mass appreciation at once. The movie glided easily into the to-watch list of the audience after a strong and positive word of mouth. The film revolves around a Kashmiri spy who gets married to a Pakistani officer and passes on necessary information to the mother country. The simple and crisp execution of the story and the stellar performances has helped the movie slide into the 100-core club successfully. On day 17, the thrilled raked in Rs 4.42 crores, taking up the total collection to Rs 102.50 crore.

Bollywood trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, "It’s ₹ 100 cr and counting... #Raazi continues to be a STRONG FORCE at the BO... #IPL finals [Sun] did affect the biz, but the [third] weekend total is HEALTHY... [Week 3] Fri 2.25 cr, Sat 4.20 cr, Sun 4.42 cr. Total: ₹ 102.50 cr. India biz."

Raazi is based on the book 'Calling Sehmat' written by Harinder Sikka. The film also received positive response from the Pakistani audience. Speaking about it to Quint, Meghna Gulzar said, "Yes and I am overwhelmed and I am so grateful that they gave it that chance. In spite of what ever their pre-conceived notions may be or what ever the trailer may have lead them to think, they still stepped up, went and saw the film, gave the film the chance and then were pleasantly satisfied with what the film was doing. I am most grateful for that." Once again, it has been proved that content is the key!
