The Pulwama terror attack will go down in history as a bitter memory that claimed the lives of over 40 CRPF Jawans. While the entire nation is still grieving the loss of our brave soldiers, celebs and politicians have condemned the attack equally. While no Pakistani artist will be allowed to perform on the Indian soil, even the movie screenings will be stalled for our neighbouring country. The decision by our government was clearly not appreciated by Pakistan and their PM, Imran Khan was quick to give a speech as a response to our allegations. Pakistani singer and actor Ali Zafar had then appreciated and applauded his speech and advised others to hear it with an open mind. Pulwama Terror Attack: All Indian Cine Workers Association Ask for Visa Cancellation, Deportation of Pakistani Artistes.

While his comment 'What a speech'  drew some hatred from his Indian admirers and it was considered as insensitive, Ajay Devgn feels he's right on his part. In his recent interaction with Times Now for Total Dhamaal promotions, when the actor was asked to react on Zafar's comments, he simply said, "He (Ali Zafar) is a Pakistani and he is going to support his nation and we are going to support our nation. I have nothing against what he is saying, he is loyal to his nation." Pulwama Attack: ‘Total Dhamaal’ Team Donates Rs 50 Lakh to Martyrs' Families.

Ajay Devgn had previously announced that his recent release, Total Dhamaal won't release in Pakistan. This was a way to protest the terror attack and the decision was soon followed by other filmmakers. After Total Dhamaal, Luka Chuppi, Notebook and Kabir Singh makers too made a similar announcement, that was appreciated with the entire Bollywood fraternity.
