Unlike what popular opinion may be, Priyanka Chopra's journey in Bollywood hasn't been that easy. The actress recently spoke about her experience of working with difficult directors and said, "I didn’t know anything or anyone. I was yelled at by directors, I was thrown into movies, I was thrown out of movies.

Priyanka made her acting debut after she won the Miss World crown in 2000. She starred in Andaaz starring Akshay Kumar and Lara Dutta in lead roles. Priyanka wasn't an overnight success and went through a string of flops. In her recent interview, she also spoke about how her father Dr Ashok Chopra stood by her in her tough time and had some great advice for her. She said, "The more you talk, the less you will listen and the less you will learn’...I taught myself confidence. Priyanka Chopra's hard work over the years has been commendable. Priyanka is all set to be seen in The Sky Is Pink next along with Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim. The film is all set to premiere at Toronto International Film Festival 2019. Apart from this, the actress is all set to be seen in Netflix's We Can Be Heroes and the adaptation of Aravind Adiga's The White Tiger starring Rajkummar Rao.
