The Indian blockbuster Baahubali 2: The Conclusion is all set to take over the Great wall of China as it is set for a release in China's theatres. The Prabhas starrer movie will be released in China on May 4, 2018. The grand Indian  movie, which changed the rules of the game when it comes to historical dramas, is ready to spice up the battle in China's theatres. Baahubali's to-be release comes after a spate of successful Hindi film releases like PK, Dangal, Secret Superstar, Hindi Medium and others. It's no secret that Amir Khan is one of the biggest overseas star in China. The movie Dangal, earned more than $194 million in two months and became one of the 20 highest-grossing films in China of all time.

The SS Rajamouli directed magnum opus Baahubali 2: The Conclusion became the first Indian movie to earn more than Rs 1500 crore in foreign box- office collections. Directed in several languages, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion broke records on Tamil and Kerela box-office too. The Hindi version of Baahubali 2 earned in excess of Rs 500 crore.

Baahubali: The Beginning or Baahubali 1 was also released in China but failed to impress at the box office. But with the success of Indian films in China recently, Baahubali 2 may become another Indian film to do well in the Chinese waters and win the battle in the ancient land.
