Pooja Hegde Is NOT a Part of Akshay Kumar's Sooryavanshi Yet, Confirms Director Rohit Shetty

There goes our excitement down south. Reports of Pooja Hegde coming on board for Akshay Kumar's Sooryavanshi made headlines when Bollywood Bubble reported the same. As per their sources, Akshay was insisting that Rohit cast her in his next cop drama with him. He was immensely impressed with her acting abilities in Housefull 4 and wanted to sign her for Sooryavanshi. However, when ZoomTV.com got in touch with the director, he refuted all these stories. Rohit insists that he's still busy writing script for Sooryavasnshi. He and his team are still in the process of finishing the final draft and no actress has been finalised for the project yet. Well, we hope the team is able to lock down the final script and the hunt for the leading lady ends real soon. Akshay currently has as many as five projects in his kitty and leaving Sooryavanshi, they all are slated to release in 2019.
