Narendra Modi has been elected to be the Prime Minister of India for the consecutive second term. The swearing-in ceremony of Modi has taken place in New Delhi on May 30. Not only politicians, both from the ruling coalition and the opposition, and industrialists, even Bollywood personalities were invited for the event. So we have celebs like Karan Johar, Anupam Kher, Vivek Oberoi, Kangana Ranaut, Madhur Bhandarkar, Sidharth Roy Kapur, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra being the guests invited to see Modi being sworn as the PM for the second time. Bollywood fans would be interested to see how Karan Johar and Kangana Ranaut are now under the same roof. That the two icons don't exactly see eye-to-eye with each other, is old news. However, a selfie taken at the PM swearing ceremony has a different story to tell us.
Check out the picture below:
As you can see, Karan Johar and Kangana Ranaut are in the same frame of this selfie (that KJo himself has taken). Seen with them are Tamil superstar-turned-politician Rajinikanth, Abhishek Kapoor, Siddharth Roy Kapur, and Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. As you might be knowing, Kangana Ranaut has accused Karan Johar of promoting nepotism in Bollywood and having insulted her in the past, that too on his show, Koffee With Karan. From thereon, Kangana and Karan share some really bad cold vibes, not losing an opportunity to take potshots each other. Kangana's sister, Rangoli Chandel, continues to take digs at Karan Johar and his proteges from her Twitter handle.
So it was surprising for us to see these two being clicked in one frame. Perhaps it is the mere presence of Rajinikanth that made this miracle happen. Or like a fan commented on the picture, 'Modi Hai Toh Mumkin Hai!'
