On Saturday, October 19, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bollywood's who's who attended a special event called 'Change Within'. The event was organised to mark the celebrations of 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. The pictures of various celebs, including Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan, are going viral on the social media platforms. On October 20, PM Modi took to his official Twitter handle and retweeted a few pics. One was the selfie with some of the women of Indian cinema. The viral selfie has Ekta Kapoor, Kangana Ranaut, Ashwini Iyer Tiwary, Jacqueline Fernandez smiling ear to ear. Does our PM know that Jacqueline will be stealing something from the Rashtrapati Bhavan soon? In her movie, Drive, guys. In her movie Drive.

While resharing the picture to his 50.8 million followers on Twitter, Modi wrote, "Through popular culture, the message of empowering women has travelled far and wide. May this trend continue. May our Nari Shakti keep shining in the world of films and culture."

The purpose of the event was to discuss the ways in which the entertainment and the arts industry could popularise Gandhism in the world. "Gandhi is synonymous with simplicity. His thoughts reverberate far and wide. The power of creativity is immense and it is essential to harness this spirit of creativity for our nation. Several people from the world of films and television have been doing great work when it comes to popularising the ideals of Mahatma Gandhi," Modi said. Shah Rukh Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Other Bollywood Celebs Post Pictures With PM Narendra Modi from the Change Within Event (View Pics).

After this positive message and lovely selfie, we hope the film industry and the audience focuses more on women-driven movies. In the coming days we will see Ashwini and Kangana's film, Panga, where the actress plays the role of a Kabaddi player. Kangana will also star in a movie titled Dhaakad, which will be a female-oriented actioner. Ekta Kapoor's production venture, Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare, will also soon hit the theatres.
