Panga First Look: Kangana Ranaut is a Pretty-Girl-Next-Door in Ashwiny Iyer Tiwary's Next Directorial

As Kangana Ranaut gets ready to start 2020 with a bang, makers of her next, Panga have released her first look from the same. While the actress was unrecognisable in her look from Thalaivi, a biopic on the life of former actress and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, Jayalalithaa, in Panga, she's very relatable. A simple girl-next-door, Kangana plays Jaya, a simple family girl with big dreams. While the trailer of the film will drop on December 23, 2019, Kangana's first look from the same is out finally.

Since the movie revolves around a Kabaddi player, we expected Kangana's first look to be quite sporty or something on those lines. However, Ashwiny clearly stunned us by unveiling the other side of hers. The movie follows her triumphs, struggle and overcoming of stereotypes and it reflects upon the importance of love and family support in order to become successful. The movie will hit the screens on January 24, 2020, and clash with Varun Dhawan - Shraddha Kapoor's Street Dancer 3D. Speaking about Ashwiny, the director had two big scripts in her hand. While one was for Kangana, the other was for Alia Bhatt. However, since Alia kept delaying the other project, Tiwari decided to shelve it temporarily. Meanwhile, Ranaut was quick to allot her dates after the release of Manikarnika and going by its premise, the project sounds like a winner already.
