This once-popular villain was a part of many movies like Shahenshah, Ganga Jamuna Saraswati, Coolie No 1 etc. Mahesh Anand was found dead in his flat in Mumbai. AK Hangal
The wise old man of Bollywood was almost forgotten by the industry he was so ingrained in once upon a time. It was a news report that threw light on how Hangal was struggling to pay his medical bills, which prompted stars like Amitabh Bachchan to pitch in their help. However, the actor, who was part of films like Sholay and Lagaan, passed away in August 2012.
Mitali Sharma
Sharma was a Bhojpuri actress, who later suffered from depression after not getting much opportunities. She was later reported to be begging and stealing on the roads, before the police arrested her and placed her in an asylum.
Satish Kaul
He was once hailed as the 'Amitabh Bachchan of Punjabi film industry', so popular he was. Satish Kaul had acted in quite a few Punjabi and even Hindi movies. Unlike his Bollywood counterpart, though, Kaul wasn't very lucky when it came to the twilight of his career. Kaul suffered from a huge financial crisis and had to live in old-age homes and at the mercy of his well-wishers.
