We have already reported about how Alia Bhatt's spy drama, Raazi, based on a popular novel, will have its trailer attached to Varun Dhawan's October to coming out on April 13. But you don't have to go to theatres to watch that. In fact, Dharma Productions, who is backing the movie has just informed us that the trailer arrive three days before on April 10. In case, you have doubts in your mind, they have even assured us that this is no April Fool's joke!
Raazi is directed by Meghna Gulzar and also stars Vicky Kaushal who plays Alia Bhatt's husband in the movie. Meghna Gulzar had previously directed Talvar, which had won a lot of critical acclaim and was also a decent hit at the box office. This is the first time she is making a movie for Karan Johar.

Raazi is based on Harinder Sikka’s novel Calling Sehmat. Alia Bhatt plays a Kashmiri spy who is married to a Pakistani general during the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971. The movie is scheduled to release on June 1.
Alia Bhatt also two other huge movies in the pipeline with two heroes with whom she has not been paired with before. She is working with Ranveer Singh for the first time in Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boys. There is also the ambitious Brahmastra, directed by Ayan Mukerji. It is a beginning of a fantasy-driven trilogy, that also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan.
