That even includes the recent removal of Hotel Mumbai movie from the theatres across the nation. Australia's Icon Film Distribution has decided to remove this Dev Patel starrer from theatres until March 28. The movie that hit the screens on March 14 was going strong at the NZ box office while facing stiff competition from Brie Larson's Captain Marvel. However, after the recent terror attacks, the government decided to pull it down from multiplexes as a precautionary measure and even the promotional activities and advertising related to it were suspended. The film is directed by Australian filmmaker Anthony Maras and features Indian actor Anupam Kher in the lead role along with Dev Patel, Jason Isaacs, Armie Hammer, Nazanin Boniadi and Tilda Cobham-Hervey among others.
