Nawzuddin Siddiui in CDR Scam: Wife Anjali Claims Nawaz is a Soft Target!

Nawazuddin Siddiui has found himself in CDR Scam. We informed you how Nawaz chose to defend himself by a tweet he posted. The 43 year old took to Twitter where he questioned the media for grilling even when he is not involved in the scam. He even stated that he accompanied his daughter, Shora, to her school for an exhibition when this event supposedly happened.
CDR scam and the related events came to light when Thane's crime branch had arrested 11 people in connection with sourcing call data records illegally. It is with regards to this case that Nawazuddin Siddiqui's name had popped up. Apparently, the people who have been arrested are private investigators. It was alleged that Nawazuddin Siddiqui had hired one of them to allegedly spy on his wife Anjali.
Reports also indicated that the Mumbai Police had summoned him for questioning as a part of the routine investigations, but the actor failed to appear in front of the investigation team.
And now Nawaz's wife Anjali steps in to give her version of the story and what she believes in. In a Facebook post Anjali gives her verdict of the events. She starts the post by saying this. "Kal se media mein jo bhi news chal rahi hain, usey dekhkar Nawaz ke saath, main khud hairaan hoon. Pichhle kai samay se mere aur Nawaz ke baare mein kai tarah ki baatein media mein aati rahi hain, jinmein divorce se lekar Humaare saath na rahne jaisi kai baate kahi gai….. lekin kal se jo news circulate ho rahi hai…. wo hum dono ke liye shocking waali rahi aur mazboor hokar mujhe aaj apni khamoshi ko todna pada….," clearly she states that she had to break her silence thanks to the rumours swirling around her and Nawaz's life.
"Rahi baat, CDR se judi iss nai controversy ki to, sachchaai jald sabke saamne aa jayegi. Bas main yahan itna hi kahungi ki Nawaz par lagaaye gaye allegation poori tarah se jhoote aur be-buniyaad hain. Celebrity hone ke karan, unhein soft target banaya gaya hai…." She clearly believes that the truth about CDR scam will come to the fore and all she can say right now is that Nawaz is being framed because he is a celebrity and therefore a soft target!
