Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui approached Bombay High Court seeking the whereabouts of his children who are in the custody of his estranged wife Aaliya, reports Live Law. The actor’s advocate Pradeep Thorat shared, “She and the children are citizens of UAE. The children are enrolled in school in Dubai. She came to India last year and now the children are also here. They have been absent from school.” Aaliya’s advocate Rizwan Siddiqui shared, “The children are in my custody, I am the biological mother. The daughter is very clear she will not leave her mother and study in a foreign school.” The bench has adjourned the matter for next week and asked the two parties to come to an agreement over visitation rights.
