We do want this news to come true and so would other Nakuul Mehta fans. As per a recent report in SpotboyE, the Ishqbaaz actor is all set to return to Bollywood with Farah Khan and Rohit Shetty's remake of Satte pe Satta. Other reports also suggest that Hrithik Roshan has been roped in to reprise Amitabh Bachchan's role in this remake while the hunt for the leading actress is still going on.

Besides Nakuul, the makers have also roped in Taare Zameen Par actor, Darsheel Safary in this remake and the actors are set to play two of Hrithik Roshan's brothers in the movie. The original movie that released in 1982 had Sachin Pilgaonkar, Shakti Kapoor, Paintal, Kanwaljeet Singh, Sudhir and Vikram Sahu playing Amitabh's brothers. While Nakuul and Darsheel are just two of the six names, we are yet to hear other announcements of actors who will eventually come on board as Hrithik's brothers. Did Alia Bhatt, Shraddha Kapoor and Kiara Advani's Teams Send Feelers to Farah Khan to Cast them in Satte Pe Satta Remake?

The ones who don't know, Nakuul Mehta made his Bollywood debut with Haal-e-Dil that released in 2008. Though the actor looks content with his TV space, we'd love to see him on the big screen. Speaking about his movie stints, Nakuul in one of his interactions said, "I began my career in the Telugu film industry, with a movie called Abhimaani, which never took off. There was some problem from the Ramoji group, after which the film never ever made it to screens, though the audio is still available online." Well, we do hope he signs on the dotted lines for the Satte pe Satta remake and that's something that we are eagerly waiting for.
