In a quite interesting move, Netflix India has hired some very popular names in the Bollywood industry to dub for the Hindi version of their upcoming film, Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle. Directed by the mo-cap master Andy Serkis, Mowgli is a far darker take on Rudyard Kipling's popular book, The Jungle Book, unlike the live-action adaptation by Jon Favreau that came out in 2016. For the Hollywood version, Serkis has managed to rope in a fine voice-cast comprising of Benedict Cumberbatch (Shere Khan), Christian Bale (Bagheera), Naomie Harris (Nisha), Jonathan Rhys Meyers (Hathi), Peter Mullan (Akeyla) and Cate Blanchett (Kaa), while Serkis himself is Baloo. Rohan Chand plays Mowgli. Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle Trailer – Netflix to Start Streaming Andy Serkis’ Take On the Jungle Book on December 7 – Watch Video.

For the Hindi version, we have Anil Kapoor as Baloo, Abhishek Bachchan as Bagheera, Kareena Kapoor Khan as Kaa, Madhuri Dixit as Nisha and Jackie Shroff as Shere Khan. Out of which, Anil Kapoor's casting as the bear Baloo has got some wide-eyed response from certain Twitter users. Madhuri Dixit And Anil Kapoor to Reunite On Screen For Netflix India’s Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle; Kareena Kapoor Khan Also Joins The Cast.

Of course, the trolling started because Twitter users felt that casting is quite perfect due to Anil Kapoor's errr... now-famous hairy body. Well, remember jokes like these that used to flood Twitter once?

Well, they are back now as innuendoes. Check out some of the reactions on Anil Kapoor's casting as Baloo.
