Bollywood and Hollywood are coming together to serve a huge platter this week. Quite a lot of movies are releasing this week, and already quite a few are playing. Thugs of Hindostan is surely going to continue its run. You might find a few shows of Badhaai Ho and Andhadhun. Maybe a couple of shows of Tumbbad. But joining all these movies 6 movies - all with seemingly interesting backstory or an intriguing plot. There is no extraordinary hype around any of the upcoming releases, but whatever buzz they have might be turned into profits. Provided entertainment is delivered. So, we want to ask you which one of these movies, will you be watching this weekend.

Releasing this week from Bollywood we have Pihu, Rangeela Raja and Mohalla Assi. And on the other corner, releasing from Hollywood we have Fantastic Beasts 2, Widows, Boy Erased. Platter, as we earlier said.

Pihu

The psychological thriller only stars a 2-year girl as the only character in the film. The movie's trailer garnered quite some attention upon its release. The movie's marketing gimmicks. Not so much.

Rangeela Raja

Didn't we just see a Govinda starrer last month? Well, this is not the '90s anymore. When there was no such thing as too much of Govinda. The movie has just the kind of buzz a Govinda movie will have in the year 2018. What has got people actually talking is the producer of the film Pahlaj Nihalani lashing out at the very body he was once the chief of- CBFC. The board asked for some cuts on the movie and Pahlaj could not digest it. The man who ordered cuts on movies like Udta Punjab, Lipstick Under My Burkha, Spectre, Jab Harry Met Sejal, and so many more. Maybe irony would be there in the cinema halls watching Rangeela Raja while chomping on popcorn.

Mohalla Assi

We saw the trailer of this Sunny Deol starrer years ago. The firecracker of a movie pissed off every person you can think of. So, of course, it was delayed after cases filed against it. Now, cleared of all 'charges' the movie is set to unleash havoc on cinephobes.

Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald

Yes, this movie also has a good amount of controversy going on with it. First of all, it stars Johnny Depp who was accused of domestic violence by Amber Heard. The movie did recover this casting scandal but soon landed in another. The "airbrushing" of two major gay characters in the film. The jury is still out on this one.

Boy Erased

A movie about a gay teenager forced into an institution that promises to 'cure' him. The movie tells the harrowing story of what goes on behind the walls of the so-called gay-conversion centres.

Widows

This is the only movie on the list that is the cleanest in the public eye. And this movie is about a group of widows robbing a bank. What a time to be alive.
