Sridevi and Nawazudddin Siddiqui starrer Mom is having a golden run at the China box office ever since its release. The crime thriller, directed by Ravi Udyawar, has been in theatres for a week now and so far it has been raking big moolah at the ticket windows non-stop. After Ayushmann Khurrana's Andhadhun, it seems the Chinese audience is loving the latest Bollywood release and we don't blame them. After all, Mom had a good run even in India and was lauded by one and all. Fim trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to the microblogging site Twitter a while back and announced the updated figures. He wrote, "#Mom packs almost $ 10 mn in Week 1 in #China... Trending on weekdays indicates it has found appreciation... Fri $ 1.67 mn [incl previews held earlier], Sat $ 2.20 mn, Sun $ 2.08 mn, Mon $ 1.01 mn, Tue $ 0.95 mn, Wed $ 0.92 mn, Thu $ 0. 86 mn. Total: $ 9.69 million [₹ 67.93 cr]."

Mom released in China last week on May 10 and immediately got off to a good start.
