Talking about the movie, our in-house film critic Sreeju Sudhakaran wrote in his review, "Mission Mangal doesn't have the layered texture of Hidden Figures nor the complexity of First Man. Instead, it relies on many of its heartwarming moments and an adorable cast to propel the film ahead, and ends up being an engaging watch. The movie may not land on Mars, but it does meet halfway when it comes to our expectations." Mission Mangal Review: Critics Hail the Actors’ Performances and their Attempts in this Space Entertainer
Helmed by Jagan Shakti, Mission Mangal revolves around the busy lives of women scientists who turn successful multi-taskers. They successfully juggle between their personal and professional lives as they work together on India's first interplanetary expedition. Co-produced by PadMan director R Balki, the film feature Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Sonakshi Sinha, Kirti Kulhari and Nithya Menon in pivotal roles. Stay tuned!
