Tanushree Dutta who's touted as the torchbearer of this movement in India had filed a sexual harassment case against veteran Bollywood actor, Nana Patekar. The actress then claimed that the actor tried to touch her inappropriately during the shoot of an item song for Horn Ok! Please. While the actor denied all her allegations, she later filed an FIR against him to highlight and support this grave issue. As per recent reports, Oshiwara police failed to find any witnesses who would support Tanushree's claims in this matter. Shailesh Pasalwar, senior inspector at Oshiwara police station confirmed the fresh development in the case and said, "The B Summary report has been submitted before the concerned court." What's a B Summary report? While Tanushree had refuted the stories about 'closing down' the case earlier, we wonder if she'll release a new statement now. The actress was agitated to realise that the list of witnesses belonged to Nana's team and there's no way they would say anything against him. Besides Nana, the FIR was registered against choreographer Ganesh Acharya, producer Samee Siddique and director Rakesh Sarang, under sections 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) of the IPC.
