Dev D actress Mahie Gill recently revealed that she is a mother to a three-year-old. It came as surprise to her fans. Mahie Gill has been in a relationship and is currently living in with her boyfriend and her daughter Veronica. The actress is not married yet and believes that she will tie the knot when she thinks it is the right time. In a recent interview with NavBharat Times, Gill said, "I am very proud that I am the mother of a daughter. Yes, I have not been married yet, when I want to marry, I will do it. In August this year, my daughter will be three years old."

Ever since the actress opened up about her daughter, there has been curiosity over why the actress didn't post any pictures on her social media till now. Speaking to Hindustan Times the actress spoke about why she chose to keep her daughter away from the limelight. She said, "There are personal reasons as to why I didn’t post Veronica’s picture on social media. I’m a very private and shy person and there are a lot of things that have happened in my life which has never come out in public. She further added saying," Veronica is a daddy’s girl and is smart and intelligent. She looks like a Russian kid and has beautiful hair. According to the report, Mahie's aunt takes care of her daughter when she's busy at work. On the work front. she is all set to be seen in Family of Thakurganj next. The film is slated to release on 19th July 2019.
