Andy Serkis' version of Rudyard Kipling's classic tale of The Jungle Book, Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle now has a Bollywood cast to, courtesy Netflix India. Set to release on December 7, the official handle of Netflix revealed the celebrities who will be voicing the iconic characters in the live-action movie. Anil Kapoor will be voicing Baloo while Madhur Dixit will be voicing for Nisha, the wolf.
The movie reunites the yesteryear onscreen couple who have given several hits when they were paired together. Not exactly paired together but perhaps the fact that they will be promoting the film together and be part of the same film could add some buzz to the fanfare for Mowgli!
The ensemble cast also includes Kareena Kapoor Khan to play the snake, Kaa, whereas Abhishek Bachchan will play Bagheera and Jackie Shroff will play the vicious Shere Khan. Quite a cast, we'd say. The film will also reunite Jackie to his longtime crush, Madhuri, as he will have scenes and conversations in the movie. Mowgli, as you might know, is being played by newcomer Rohan Chand. Check out the looks of the cast below.
