Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon's first film together Luka Chuppi is minting big money at the Indian box office. Directed by Laxman Utekar, the romantic drama released on March and got off to a flying start at the ticket windows. The film became Kartik's biggest opener by earning Rs 8.01 crore on day 1. Then the film continued its good run over the first weekend and soon surpassed the Rs 50 crore mark at the BO. And now Utekar's directorial venture is slowly inching towards the Rs 100 crore club. Though it's too early to say whether it will hit the century or not, for now, everything seems to be going pretty well for the film. Luka Chuppi Box Office Collection Day 8: Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon's Film Holds up Well Despite Competition from Captain Marvel, Rakes in Rs 56.74 Crore.

Biz on [second] Sat witnesses super growth... Crosses ₹ 60 cr... Eyes ₹ 75 cr... [Week 2] Fri 3.15 cr, Sat 5.20 cr. Total: ₹ 62.05 cr. India biz."

Though a lot of films are currently running in theatres, they have hardly affected the business of Luka Chuppi at the box office. While Hollywood release Captain Marvel is giving tough competition to Kartik's film at the multiplexes, the romantic drama has managed to hold up well at the ticket windows so far. Luka Chuppi Box Office Collection Day 7: Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon's Rom-Com Ends Week 1 on a Good Note, Earns Rs 53.70 Crore.
