It was in the last week of December 2019 that the makers of Ludo released the film’s poster. The poster featured the film’s lead actors – Abhishek Bachchan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sanya Malhotra, Rajkummar Rao and Pearle Maaney. While most of the celebs were sharing messages to wish fans on welcoming New Year, Rajkummar Rao had this special treat for his fans. He shared his first look from Ludo and netizens were stunned. He shared two looks from the film – one dressed as a woman (in which he was totally unrecognisable) and in the other one he sported a retro look. As soon as Rajkummar Rao shared the picture, from celebs to commoners, nobody could stop themselves from commenting on it. Vikas Gupta commented “Ufffffff”, Amruta Khanvilkar mentioned “Woooooooowwwww n how”, filmmaker Amar Kaushik wrote “Dhamaka”, Geetu Mohandas commented “Is that you”, and many others left a comment on Rao’s pic. His girlfriend Patralekhaa was also all hearts to see Rajkummar in such an avatar. Ludo also features Fatima Sana Shaikh, Pankaj Tripathi and Rohit Saraf in key roles. Bankrolled by T-Series, the film is all set to be released on April 24, 2020.
