The prestigious Pardo alla Carriera award, a testament to his extraordinary career, made him the first Indian actor to receive this honour. During his acceptance speech and subsequent interviews, the superstar offered fascinating insights into his journey. "I do find that having worked a lot with women, as actors, directors and producers, I do find them more sensitive and nuanced. Men compartmentalise their feelings. Women are more overarching. They also, to be honest, make the films look nicer. I don't want it to sound inappropriate, they do smell better. They have shampooed, they laugh more and Farah Khan especially, she used to feed us very well, and she has got a great sense of humour," King Khan said when asked about his experience working with women. SRK jokingly concluded the query by saying, "Plus, I am more in touch with my feminine side. I am not too much into guns and action and all that."

During the festival, the superstar also talked about how he brings movies to life. "I have a desire to do a genre... like a comedy, social film, or even a courtroom drama…I just put it out in the air. I met a couple of people, some of them had a subject. I hear it. I spend time with them and then we just go ahead and make the film and have lots of fun," he added.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, SRK was last seen in Rajkumar Hirani's film Dunki. His next project is Sujoy Ghosh's King, where he will make his screen debut alongside his daughter, Suhana Khan.
