After watching Akshay Kumar in biopics, action, rom-com, and many other genres, the Khiladi of Bollywood is coming back with another intriguing character. He is all set to play a never-seen-before role in the upcoming flick, Laxmmi Bomb. On May 18, Akshay had dropped a picture in which all we could see was his kohl-eyed look. But today he has shared his complete look as Laxmmi and it is intriguing.

During the occasion of Navratri 2019, superstar Akshay Kumar has shared his look as Laxmmi in the upcoming movie that is directed by Raghava Lawrence. With Maa Durga idol in the backdrop, Akshay is seen dressed in red, golden border saree paired with a black blouse. He has also put a kumkum sindoor roli on his forehead and red bangles on both his hands. The film revolves around a man named Raghav who is possessed by a ghost of a transgender named Laxmmi. While sharing the picture on social media platforms, Akshay Kumar captioned it as, “Navratri is about bowing to the inner goddess and celebrating your limitless strength.On this auspicious occasion,I am sharing with you my look as Laxmmi.A character I am both excited and nervous about... but then life begins at the end of our comfort zone...isn’t it? #LaxmmiBomb”.

Laxmmi Bomb is a remake of the Tamil film Muni 2: Kanchana, which was also helmed by Raghava Lawrence. This movie also marks Raghava’s Hindi directorial debut. Laxmmi Bomb also features Kiara Advani in the lead. This flick is scheduled to be released on May 22, 2020.
