Infact, while India says no to Laxmii's release in movie theatres, it is all set to make its way in selected theatres in the overseas market. Reportedly, shows have already commenced in New Zealand, Fiji and Australia. In a nutshell, it is direct-to-digital release in India. Helmed by Raghava Lawrence, Laxmii happens to be a Hindi remake of Tamil's hit film Kanchana. There is a lot of hopes attached to this horror-comedy as it tells the tale of a third gender via the medium of a superstar.
