Akshay Kumar arrives with a huge roar in 2019 with the emblazoning trailer of Kesari. The historical war drama is based on the 1897 Battle of Saragarhi, when 21 Sikhs from the British regiment fought 10,000 Afghani invaders and valiantly lost their lives in the battle. Akshay Kumar plays Havaldar Ishar Singh, the leader of the regiment, while Parineeti Chopra plays his wife and the movie's female lead. Kesari will release on March 21, which marks the second day of Holi. Exactly one month before, on February 21, the makers revealed the trailer of the film that has left both Bollywood celebs and fans mighty impressed. Keen-eyed Marvel fans would also notice that the trailer offers a sly nod to Deadpool. Didn't get it? What's common between an Indian historical war drama based on real-life incidents and a crazy, fourth-wall breaking R-rated superhero film?

It is quite similar to that 'sheesh kebab' scene in the opening sequence of the first Deadpool movie.
