Katrina Kaif is ending this year with a bang. We have already seen her in YRF's Thugs of Hindostan and two weeks time she will be seen in Aanand L Rai's Zero. The actress is also busy shooting for her next film with Salman Khan, titled Bharat. She features on the cover of the December issue of Vogue to talk about all this and much more. Katrina might have parted ways with her longtime boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor in 2016, as per reports, but the curiosity around this celebrity breakup is just as high today as it was back then. Katrina has once again opened up about hitting the road to splitsville.
Katrina said, "It’s probably one of the first times in my life where I really had only myself to focus on. And when you focus on yourself, often, the first thing you realise is that you don’t really know yourself. It’s like a period of not knowing, a period of being uncomfortable because you’re seeing yourself in your raw form without embellishments and then accepting that you don’t really know who you are.”
“I now see it as a blessing because I was able to recognise my patterns, thought processes and things that I had been so sure of my whole life. I could see them from a whole different perspective," she added.
"Every person who has ever healed from a break-up would agree with Katrina here. To drive the point home, she adds that she doesn't regret anything. The single-most useless emotion on the planet. Whatever decision you make at that time in your life, it’s the best decision you could have made at that moment. That’s why you made it! Now, it’s hindsight. Of what use is hindsight?” she said.
