Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday have started shooting for their first ever movie together and it is titled Pati Patni Aur Woh. The two already share an amazing rapport and a great friendship and you know how you can basically tell anything and everything to your friend without having the fear of being judged. Same is the case with Kartik and Ananya. It so happened that Ananya shared Kartik's look from Pati Patni Aur Woh, which has been a centre of a lot of memes on the internet, to which, the actor commented saying, "Ananya Panday be a bit professional, stop commenting on set…. Comeeeee for ur shot." Obviously Ananya had to reply and with something smarter and funnier so she came up with this- "@kartikaaryan waiting for ur shot to get over sir". Kartik will be playing the character of Chintu Tyagi, a married man and is seen wearing a chequered shirt and moustache in the first look.

The film is an adaptation of BR Chopra's 1978 film with the same name which starred Sanjeev Kapoor in a lead role. Reprising the yesteryear star will be Kartik Aaryan. The first look features Kartik in a never seen before look. This look is nowhere close to the usual cool dude image that he has previously been synonymous with. Pati Patni Aur Woh is being produced by T-Series and B R studios who had produced the film back in 1978. 

Talking about the remake, Juno Chopra of B R Studios said, "Kartik’s new look is sure to surprise everyone. Especially because no one has ever seen him in this look before. He is playing a newly married man in the film and his look needed to be changed. Kartik was sporting enough to go to any length for his character and we are excited to begin shoot for the film”. The film also stars Bhumi Pednekar.
