While there are no reports or stories about the former, the remake is making noise for all the right and some wrong reasons. The report suggests that makers of Pati Patni Aur Woh remake have locked in January 10, 2020, as the film's official release date. Yea, that's a long wait for his fans and we hope Kirik Party is able to hit the screens before this remake. We believe the recent success of Vicky Kaushal's Uri: The Surgical Strike that released on January 11, this year prompted the makers to book this date in advance. Recently the movie made noise when Taapsee Pannu revealed her name was suddenly dropped from the project without any prior discussion. However, the makers assure that they were simply in talks with different actors and no one was finalised. We hope the Badla actress is able to let bygones be bygones and the producers seemed keen on collaborating with her for a different project someday.
