Vikram Phadnis lost his mother recently and a prayer meet was organised for his friends and well-wishers. All the industry people including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Neha Dhupia, Angad Bedi, Ileana D'Cruz, Shweta Bachchan Nanda and others were present at the ceremony. The fashion designer turned director was shattered to lose his mother as he was extremely close to her. Vikram Phadnis forayed into director in 2017 with Marathi movie, Hrudayantar. And he's keen on starting his next venture."I am starting my next film on February 20. I am excited," Phadnis told IANS recently. "It will be a Marathi film that is subtitled in English. The story that I want to tell the world is about Alzheimer's and dementia. It's a story, which I have written, close to my heart.
