The wait to hear Aryan Khan’s voice-over as Simba has finally come to an end! Shah Rukh Khan’s son has done the voice-over for Simba and we got to say, it is brilliant. And just like all of us, even Aryan’s godparent Karan Johar cannot contain his excitement. When Shah Rukh Khan shared this new teaser of The Lion King (Hindi) he captioned it as ‘Mera Simba’, the much-excited KJo who is happy for his ‘godson’ Aryan mentioned in his tweet, “And without a bias he sounds amazing!!!!!”. Karan Johar had always maintained that he would launch his buddy Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in Bollywood. In 2016 Karan Johar had said, “Aryan has to study now and after few years he will decide if he wants to enter movies. I am his God parent and I will hope for the best.” Today when the Hindi version teaser of The Lion King was released, KJo was super-duper happy. He tweeted, “Pardon my  excitement! But Aryan is the first born in our family!!! And even just hearing his voice has made me so so excited !!!!! The Lion King is directed and co-produced by Jon Favreau, who had also directed and produced the 2016 film The Jungle Book. It was in September 2016 that the remake of The Lion King was confirmed. Well, we just cannot wait to watch it on the big screens! The upcoming flick is set for a worldwide release (English and Hindi) on July 19.
