Kangana Ranaut is one celebrity who is always riled in controversies, only this time, it is not because of her own words but her spokesperson and sister, Rangoli Chandel's tweets. After taking digs at the Alia Bhatt and her family and actor Randeep Hooda, Rangoli has now dragged Kangana's 'silly ex' in the Mental Hai Kya controversy. The film starring Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao in lead roles recently ran into controversy for its new poster which featured the two leads holding a blade between their tongues. The poster was highly criticised by Mental Health experts and also Deepika Padukone's The Live Love Laugh Foundation which works to destigmatize mental health concerns.

In the midst of all this, Kangana's spokesperson, took to Twitter to share a story of her 'silly ex',(we all know who that is!) and his connection to Mental Hai Kya. She wrote about an alleged incident when Kangana was attacked by him and his friends who she terms as 'nepotism gang' where they tried to publicly humiliate her by calling her bipolar.

Rangoli wrote, "Endless jokes and memes were made with the intention of insulting and harassing her, rather than feeling humiliated or defensive Kangana pledged to fight the stigma attached to the illness, MHK is a story f fight against this very prejudice Kangana faced 2 years ago." Mental Hai Kya Poster Upsets Twitter and Mental Health Experts; They Have a VALID Reason.

While we are yet to see a trailer of the film, which could eventually clarify if the film in anyway disregards mental health illnesses, looks like the film is already getting into controversies. Kangana's co-star, Rajkummar Rao hasn't yet commented on the controversy and we would definitely like to know the actor's views. In the meantime, let's wait to see what the trailer has to offer.
