Controversies don't seem to end for Kangana Ranaut's Manikarnika: Queen of Jhansi. After the actress had to take the charge of direction for this period saga and actors like Sonu Sood left the project midway, she's ready to face the opposition from Karni Sena. As per a recent report in Mid-Day, the fringe group that earlier made noise for opposing Deepika Padukone's Padmaavat is now targeting Manikarnika 'cos the films shows a certain relationship between the Queen of Jhansi and a British officer. Of course, their claims don't make any sense and Kangana has reacted strongly to these recent threats made by the group. Big Honour for Kangana Ranaut’s Manikarnika; Movie to Be Screened at Rashtrapati Bhavan for President Ram Nath Kovind.

When Pinkvilla got in touch with the actress to know her reaction and if their claims even make some sense, she said, "Four historians have certified Manikarnika, we have got censor certificate as well, Karni Sena has been conveyed this but they are continuing to harass me if they don’t stop then they should know I am also a Rajput and I will destroy each one of them.” Anyone who knows the Queen actress would know she's not someone who will easily get terrified of these threats. And this reaction was only expected from her. This is the Real Reason Why Hrithik Roshan's Super 30 Didn't Clash With Kangana Ranaut's Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi.

The ones who don't know, CBFC has cleared the movie with no objections but Karni Sena refutes to believe it. "It doesn't matter if the CBFC has cleared the film. They should have a historian on the board to check the facts," said Sukhdev Singh Shekhavat, the national head of Karni Sena in his conversation with Mid-Day. We now wait to see if the makers are willing enough to show them the movie before its big release on January 25. Or will the group continue to oppose the film like Padmaavat and make the entire situation a bit more grave?
