Kangana Ranaut Makes Bold Statements Over Nirbhaya Case Verdict

The nation is right now focused on the final verdict on Nirbhaya case. The delayed verdict on the 2012 gang-rape incident drew flak from social media. Recently, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut too spoke on the same when asked at an event related to her upcoming film, Panga. The actress was asked her take on the verdict and she was extremely bold and unabashed with her statements. The Queen star said that the convicts should not be called as minors as they did a henious crime that is not related to any age. She also questioned that who set this standard of minor age, especially when people that age are doing rape and more such ugly crimes. She also further added that the convicts should be hanged till death amid the public to set an example across the nation.
Meanwhile, the rape victim mother's has expressed her displeasure over the delay in the verdict. ANI quoted her statement as, "Their tactic to delay hanging has been rejected. I'll be satisfied only when they're hanged on Feb 1. Just like they're delaying it one after other, they must be hanged one by one so that they understand what it means to toy with law."
Speaking of Kangana, she was at the event to promote her film, Panga. The film is directed by Ashwiny Iyer, Tiwari that also stars Richa Chadha. The flick is slated to release on 24 January 2020.
