Three years after Dilwale, Kajol is returning to the big screen in Bollywood (she did a Tamil film, VIP 2, in the interim) with Helicopter Eela. Produced by her hubby Ajay Devgn, Helicopter Eela has her play a mother to a collegian, who decides to join the same college as her son. National award-winning Bengali actor Riddhi Sen is playing Kajol's son in the movie, that is directed by Parineeta and Mardaani fame Pradeep Sarkar.

The makers of Helicopter Eela had released the first trailer of the film on the occasion of Kajol's birthday. While the promo was appreciated for Kajol's lively act, some warm mother-son moments and a feel-good vibe, writer and stand-up comedian Varun Grover is not happy with the trailer. Reason? He was pissed off with the fact that the trailer fails to mention who wrote the lyrics of the songs in the movie, even though the music composers are mentioned.

Varun, who is known as one of the writers on Netflix's Sacred Games, had tweeted, “This new film’s trailer is cut mostly on songs. They have credited everybody in the title-plate at the end EXCEPT the lyrics writer(s) (including Swanand Kirkire). All you need to know how dispensable they think we are. Shameful.”

Varun's anger is understandable as lyricists, save for someone like Javed Akhtar or Gulzar, often get the second-hand treatment from many film-makers. We do wonder what Ajay Devgn and co. has to say about this!
