Kajol Opens Up About Meeting Husband Ajay Devgn for the First Time, Suffering Two Miscarriages and More in an Emotional Post 

Ajay Devgn and Kajol are one of the most-loved couples in Bollywood. The couple recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and we have to say when it comes to giving family goals, this couple is the best. The duo are currently busy promoting their upcoming film, Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior. r Kajol recently gave an interview to the popular Instagram page, Humans on Bombay and had a rather heart-warming story about meeting Ajay Devgn the first time and their life after that. The actress also opened up about going through two miscarriages, one after the release of one of her most successful films, Kabhie Khushi Kabhie Gham. Speaking about this tough time, Kajol said, “Over time, we began planning to have kids. I was pregnant during Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham in 2001 but had a miscarriage. I was in the hospital that day–the film had done so well, but it wasn’t a happy time. I had another miscarriage after that–it was tough.” .

Not only revealing this hard phase in their lives, but Kajol also threw light on their relationship and how they never really formally proposed each other. We’d been dating for 4 years when we decided to get married. His parents were on board, but my dad didn’t talk to me for 4 days. He wanted me to focus on my career, but I was firm & he eventually came around. Again, there was no proposal–we just knew we wanted to spend our lives together."

The Tanhaji actors had a Punjabi and a Maharashtra style wedding and had a five-week-long honeymoon at the time. Today, they are parents to kids Yug and Nysa. Kajol and Ajay are all set to be seen in Tanhaji next which releases on January 10, 2020. The movie features Ajay in the role of Maratha warrior Taanaji Malusare, while Kajol is playing his wife, Savitribai Malusare.
