Veteran actor Kader Khan passed away at the age of 81 today.

Kader Khan, Bollywood actor and writer, has died at the age of 81. Kader Khan, who worked in over 300 films as an actor, was admitted to a hospital in Canada on Friday after his health deteriorated. After reportedly suffering from Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, a degenerative disease that causes loss of balance, difficulty in walking and dementia, the actor had been in hospital. Bollywood celebrities are mourning his death. A couple hours ago, Bollywood actress, who had worked with Kader Khan in several films, shared a still from their film Bade Miyan Chote Miyan on Instagram and wrote, "#kaderkhan you shall be missed . No one had the humour wit and presence on screen like you did, from Aatish ,gharwali baharwali,to Dulhe Raja ,wah tera kya kehna to Bade Miyan Chote Miya.you leave treasured memories kader bhai ,. 🕉...🙏🏻🕉 condolences to the family."

In a career spanning over 45 years, Kader Khan, who made his debut in acting with Daag, starting Rajesh Khanna in the lead role, acted in over 300 films. Also a screenwriter, the actor wrote dialogues for over 250 movies too. Born in Kabul, Kader Khan is survived by a nation of grieving fans and his family. Watch this space for further updates.
