Kabir Singh brings the fresh pairing of Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani for the first time on big screen. Its supporting cast includes Arjan Bajwa, Suresh Oberoi, Adil Hussain and Nikita Dutta among others. The film is directed by Sandeep Vanga who has also helmed the original film, Arjun Reddy.

Story

Shahid Kapoor as Kabir Singh is a surgeon by profession. He is broken and shattered as his love interest Kiara Advani (Preethi) is about to marry someone else. This dark phase of his life makes him an alcoholic drug addict, and this is the premise of this Sandeep Vanga film that replicates Arjun Reddy.

Movie Review

Box Office Prediction

Speaking to The Indian Express, trade analyst Girish Johar said, “Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani are looking very good in Kabir Singh. The buzz is exceptionally high. The songs and the trailer have done the trick. It is a remake of Arjun Reddy which was a bumper hit down south. All in all, the movie is being liked by the audience. This would be one of Shahid’s best solo starts at the box office. The first-day box office collection of Kabir Singh would be somewhere around Rs 8-10 crores."
