The powerhouses of talent, Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao, have come together for a full-fledged film, Judgemental Hai Kya. Their screentime together in Queen was extremely limited. So, of course, the buzz around the movie was high. Today, as the first trailer of Judgemental Hai Kya dropped on the internet, the buzz around it is only going to grow stronger. With the out-of-the-box posters of the film, it was already clear that the vibe of the film will be something we have never seen before. The trailer reaffirms that. Kangana and Rajkummar bring their A-game to the characters who cannot afford to miss a beat given the nature of the film. Judgemental Hai Kya, formerly titled, Mental Hai Kya, is a whodunnit at its core. But thankfully, like a breath of fresh air, much of the plot has not been revealed in the trailer. Kangana Ranaut plays Bobby and Rajkummar plays Keshav who are the prime suspects of a murder, which is being investigated by the hilarious Satish Kaushik. The dialogues are quirky and entertaining. "Ketchup ke saath aadmi nigalne wala shakahaari," was quite funny.

Rajkummar totally raises the temperature, playing a charming and hot man. Kangana gets her craziest role to date and she nails it. When the worlds of these two characters collide, it is a roller coaster ride.

Judgemental Hai Kya has been directed by Prakash Kovelamudi. The movie has been written by Kanika Dhillon, whose recent works like Manmarziyaan and Kedarnath were very appreciated by critics. Amyra Dastur stars in a supporting role. Judgemental Hai Kya opens in theatres on July  26.
