Jodhpur, April 7: In the latest development in blackbuck poaching case, District and Sessions Judge, who was scheduled to hear the Bollywood actor Salman Khan's bail plea has been transferred by the Rajasthan High Court. As the Judge is being transferred, Salman Khan has to spend few more nights in Jodhpur jail.
Ravinder Kumar Joshi. The judge hearing Salman’s plea is transferred along with 87 other judges by the Rajastjan High Court. Justice Joshi was scheduled to hear Salman’s bail plea on Saturday. The actor filed a bail plea on Thursday after he was convicted in 20-year-old blackbuck poaching case. Salman was found guilty in the killing of two blackbuck in Jodhpur during the shooting of his movie ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’ in 1998. The other co-accused Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Neelam and Sonali Bendre were set free by the Jodhpur Court. After conviction Salman was immediately taken to Jodhpur Jail.
