Here comes another project from John Abraham's camp and this one's a remake. It's quite common in Bollywood to have a remake, either from South or from Hollywood and this time we are talking about John stepping into Hobbs & Shaw actor Jason Statham's shoes. As per a report in Mumbai Mirror, the Satyameva Jayate actor has been offered the remake of The Transporter and the initial talks are still going on. We bet the makers couldn't think of a better actor than John to play this mercenary "transporter" who will deliver anything, anywhere, no questions asked.
When the tabloid got in touch with the actor to have a confirmation on the same, he was willing enough to shed out some details about it. "Well, there have been talks for a fact. I won’t deny it. But honestly, I am not supposed to comment more on it," he said. After the recent success of Batla House, the actor is eyeing for better content and trust him to pick the best from the lot that is offered to him.
John is currently working on Anees Bazmee's Pagalpanti, post which he has Sanjay Gupta's Mumbai Saga and another sports drama, 1911, with Nikkhil Advani. If the talks for The Transporter gain any momentum, it would be his fourth project in the pipeline.
