John Abraham, who was last seen in Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran and Satyameva Jayate, has quite a good films in his kitty. The actor, who kick-started the year by unveiling his home production - Parmanu, is currently shooting for Robbie Grewal’s espionage thriller RAW: Romeo Akbar Walter. After Gujarat and Mumbai, the shooting for RAW took the team to Kashmir. However, John, who has returned from the Valley, will soon begin prep for Nikkhil Advani’s Batla House in September. Well, the latest, we hear is that the actor has been roped in for Anees Bazmee’s next directorial.

Reportedly, John has given his nod to Anees' next, which is scheduled to roll in January. In a statement to Mumbai Mirror, a source close to the development informed, "John heard the script and really liked it. It’s a comedy revolving around two actors and is expected to roll in January. Anees has already begun work on the prep. Meanwhile, hunt for the other male lead is on."

On the professional front, John was last seen in Satyamev Jayate, which opened to good box office numbers though it didn't get good ratings from the critics. Looks like the film has received some positive word of mouth. The actor has two important projects lined up - Batla House and Romeo Akbar Walter (RAW). Watch this space for further updates.
