Jhund: Amitabh Bachchan Shares the First Look Poster of His Film With Sairat Director, Teaser to Be Out on January 21

Amitabh Bachchan is all set to team-up with Sairat fame director Nagraj Manjule for a film titled Jhund and a first look of the film has now been dropped online. The first look poster has come as surprise for fans of the megastar given that there wasn't any buzz about this project before. What's even more amazing is that the teaser of the film is all set to release on January 21. In the picture, we see Amitabh Bachchan facing his back to the camera. He is wearing, what appears to be a sweatshirt with a hoodie and a pair of jeans. In the first look poster, we also see him facing what looks like a city slum. A dilapidated van is also seen in the background. Sharing the poster, Amitabh Bachchan simply wrote, "Jhund". As per reports, in this film, the megastar will play the role of an elderly football coach who trains kids from the slum to achieve glory in the sport. It was earlier said that the film may be based on Vijay Barse, a sports teacher at Nagpur's Hislop College who became known as the Slum Soccer founder.

Earlier, the film had got into legal trouble after a Hyderabad-based filmmaker Nandi Chinni Kumar sent legal notices to makers of the film and actor Amitabh Bachchan for copyright infringement although it looks like things were straightened out later. The film has been produced by T-Series and Tandav films. The teaser will be out on Tuesday, January 21.
