After making her big Bollywood debut with Ishaan Khatter starrer Dhadhak under the banner of Dharma Productions, Janhvi Kapoor has undoubtedly become one of the most popular and loved faces of the B-town fraternity. The young star has made her way to the audiences’ hearts with her beautiful personality and compassionate skills. Apart from her acting abilities, the actor is also known for her sassy side. According to a report published in Bollywood Hungama, the actor was given choices – either to kiss Kartik Aaryan or Vicky Kaushal. Janhvi, without batting an eyelid, chose the latter. Interestingly, both the actors will soon share the screen space in Karan Johar’s multi-starrer project Takht. Talking about the film, Janhvi said, “What can I say? I am still in shock. It hasn’t sunk in yet. It’s a big deal for me and I am so eternally grateful and feel so blessed that Karan (Johar) has allowed me to be part of this journey.”

On the work front, the Dhadak star is quite busy with many big banner films on her plate. She is currently shooting for the Gunjan Saxena biopic. Janhvi will soon begin shooting for Karan Johar’s Takht. The epic period drama also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Anil Kapoor, and Bhumi Pednekar in lead roles. She has also been roped for the comedy-horror flick Rooh-Afza. Rajkummar Rao will be seen as the male lead opposite Janhvi in Hardik Pandya’s directorial venture.
