Janhvi Kapoor made her big Bollywood debut with Karan Johar’s Dhadak co-starring Ishaan Khatter. The actor managed to impress a huge section of the audiences, right from her first film, and is enjoying constant media attention. Be it her gym candid or red carpet appearances, Janhvi walks with utter gorgeousness and effortlessly nails every look. Interestingly, unlike other B-town stars, Janhvi doesn’t have any issues in repeating her outfits and this apparently turned out to be another talk of the town. However, the actor gave a fitting reply to this on Anaita Shroff Adajania’s talk show Feet Up With The Stars. Janhvi Kapoor Opens Up About a Fight With Mom Sridevi and How The Late Actress Got Convinced of Dhadak Actress' Acting Career.
The Dhadak star stated, “Itna bhi paisa nahi kamaya ki har roz naye kapde! (I haven’t earned so much money that I can wear a new dress every day)". When Janhvi was probed about the trolls, she quipped, "You can't please everyone. Especially with this. I guess you would take their criticism seriously if it was to do with your work and then work on that. But how I look outside the gym isn't really my job.”
Janhvi has been roped for many films. The actor is currently busy shooting for Kargil Girl, which is based on the real life of IAF pilot Gunjan Saxena, who fought during the 1999 Kargil War. The film also stars Pankaj Tripathi and Angad Bedi in pivotal roles. Apart from this, Janhvi will also be seen in a horror-comedy Rooh-Afza opposite Rajkummar Rao.
