We have been seeing the quirky posters of Jack and Dil in the past few days. The romantic comedy stars Amit Sadh, Arbaaz Khan and Sonal Chauhan in the lead. Jack and Dil is directed by Sachin P Karande and also stars Evelyn Sharma. Now we have the trailer of the film, and it looks to be one uproarious affair, although it also feels to be very influenced by a Malayalam movie. So what goes on in the trailer of Jack and Dil and what's the movie all about? Malaika Arora on Life Post Divorce With Arbaaz Khan: I’m at Peace.

Well, Amit Sadh plays Jack, a detective who is hired by Arbaaz Khan's character, to spy on his wife, who he feels is having an affair behind his back. Jack then goes onto to follow the beautiful wife, played by Sonal Chauhan, but he is inept at his job and gets caught in the process. The trailer makes it look like the detective and wife end up having their own love story, leading to complications with husband. In the end, the husband feels whether the woman is taking both of them for a ride and instead, is having an affair with another person.

Some of the jokes do work in the trailer and Jack and Dil looks to be shot well. Catch the trailer here -

Also, like I said before the trailer reminded me of a Malayalam film, Congratulations Miss Anita Menon, which starred Siddique and Saikumar. Jack and Dil is all set to release on November 2.
