Kangana Ranaut and Hrithik Roshan have had their share of differences and things are always on the verge of escalating further down. It all started back when Kangana referred to him as her 'silly ex'. With this followed a massive war of words between the duo and it is safe to say that they may never work together again. Interestingly, Kangana seems to be up for challenging the star on the professional front though since the latest reports suggest that Kangana Ranaut's upcoming film, Mental Hai Kya will now be releasing on the same day as Hrithik Roshan's Super 30.  Mental Hai Kya: Indian Psychiatric Society Writes Letter to Censor Board Demanding to Rename Kangana Ranaut-Rajkummar Rao Starrer, Read it Inside.

As reported by Times of India, the release date of Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao starrer Mental Hai Kya is now being moved to July 26. With its scheduled release date, the film was clashing with Shahid Kapoor's Kabir Singh which is set for a June 21 release.

Mental Hai Kya did run into trouble recently as the film's poster was highly criticised on social media and by mental health experts for wrongly portraying mental health issues. With labels like “mental,” “crazy,” “psycho” and “weird” used in the motion poster, the makers of the film seemed to be promoting the notion that people with mental health problems are almost always deranged and this upset several social media users. It's Kangana Ranaut v/s Shahid Kapoor as Mental Hai Kya Will Lock Horns with Kabir Singh on June 21, 2019.

While we wait to catch the trailer to truly see how the mental health issues are addressed in the film, it will be interesting to see if the film's new release date remains and what Hrithik Roshan's team has to say about it.
