The last time we saw Shah Rukh Khan in a film was in Anand L Rai's Zero. The film bombed at the box office and ever since Shah Rukh has been wary of signing his next project. Latest reports suggest that Shah Rukh Khan has agreed to work with Sanju director Rajkumar Hirani on his next. Apparently, the film will be a conventional romantic drama. It will certainly be interesting to see Shah Rukh collaborate with Hirani for the first time. Although we hear, this time the film may not be produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra. While no official confirmation has been made yet but if things fall into place, this will mark the first-ever collaboration between two ever since Shah Rukh rejected Munna Bhai back in 2003. After the Zero debacle, Shah Rukh was supposed to star in Saare Jahaan Se Achcha earlier this year in February but walked out the project early on. Although, there are going to be several questions hurled at the star, once he confirms this project considering the MeToo allegations against Rajkumar Hirani. Even though there has been no legal action taken over it by the complainant. Bollywood has been trying to avoid casting actors or working with producers and directors under scrutiny. Recently though, after director Vikas Bahl received a clean chit, he has been credited on Hrithik Roshan's Super 30 poster and trailer.
